Kalisi was inspired by a global community of people living their dreams, sometimes despite seemingly impossible odds. When our founder first volunteered in the mountains of Peru, the children there taught her about the power of creativity and also the power of hope. It was then that she committed to empowering women and children in any way she could.
The Susan G Komen chapter in San Diego works tirelessly to support women battling breast cancer. Breast cancer attacks our cells but also our femininity, something that Kalisi strives to protect and nurture for everyone. Recently we donated a number of kaftans and kimonos as surprise gifts as we could not think of a more worthy cause to support.
